职场小故事（1）
有两个和尚住在一条河的对岸，他们每天都在同一时间来这条河汲水。随着时间一天天过去，两个和尚也成了好朋友。但是有一天其中一个和尚没有来，另一个以为他还有足够剩余的水，所以不用来。但是第二天，第三天，第四天这个和尚还是没有来。另一个和尚就开始担心是否这个和尚得了重病，他决定去看望他。
There lived two monks at the opposite banks of a river, they always carried water from the river at the same time every day.As time passed,the two monks became good friends.But one day, one monk failed to oppear at the routine time, the other thought there must have been enough water left for him.But the next day the monk still didn't come, and the same to the third and fourth day, so the other monk became so worried that the monk must have been in bad desease, he must visit him for some care.
当他到了这个和尚的庙里的时候，发现这个和尚正在练武功，很有精神，一点儿也不像有病的样子。他很奇怪发生了什么事情，于是这个和尚就带他的朋友来到后院里，发现一口新挖的水井。他告诉他的朋友，每天他完成了他的例行任务之后，他就用剩余的时间挖这口水井，终于那天成功了，水从这口井里涌出来了，他也就不用再下山取水了。
When he arrived at the monk's temple ,just finding the monk was practising martial activities, so energetic and spirited, without a little sign of sickness. Wonderring why it was so, the monk leaded the other to his back yard to see a newly-dug well.The monk told his friend that everyday after his routine exercises, he would spent the rest time digging the well,and finally that day he succeeded and the water sprang out of the well,so he needn't go down hill any more.
我相信这个小故事会给你带来一些想法。不管我们在现在的工作中表现的多么漂亮，我们最好再继续学习一些知识和技能。有一天我们的努力会给我们带来更好的机遇通往更高的职位和收入，比我们想象的还要好。
I believe this little story could give you some thought.No matter how good we are performing at our current job, we'd better learn some new skills and knowledge when our time is available.One day our striving will supply us with great good opportunities for higher positions or better income ,just excessing our expection.
现在我已经37岁了，也已经毕业10年了，但仍然感觉到对各种知识如此饥渴，每天都担心时间不够用。我只想分享这个故事来说明一下继续学习的重要性。
Now I'm already 37 years old and have graduated for 10 years, but still feel so thirsty in various kinds of knowledge,afraid of time in every day is not enough.I just want to share this inspiring story to tell the importance of keeping studying.
