阿谀逢迎的人不可信
在公司中难免会有一些人喜欢对上级领导拍马逢迎，他们希望通过走捷径获取私人利益，而不是辛苦的工作和实际的成果。他们总是将甜言蜜语奉承领导，甚至表现的卑躬屈膝。他们相信通过这种方式就能得到领导的青睐，变成他们的心腹，但是这样的马屁精可以信任吗？
In the company there is inevitiblly some people liking to fawn on the supervisor,they want to earn their private benefits by this shortcut instead of hard work and practical fruits.They always speak sweet words to flatter their leaders or even behave inferior and humble to them.They believe by this way they could get the recognition of their leader, becoming their benchmen,but are this kind of ass-kissers trustable?
历史上有过一个非常有名的例子就是这种情况。
In history there was a famous case just like this condition.
齐桓公，东周时候一个诸侯国的国王，他有一个非常杰出的下属，管仲，帮助他成了所有诸侯国的霸主。在管仲得病快死时，齐桓公问他谁可以接替他，并推荐了桑个人，竖刁，易牙和开方。竖刁原来就是他的跟随者，为了一直能陪伴他，他便自宫成了太监；易牙厨艺很好，为了满足齐桓公想吃人肉的愿望，易牙杀了自己的小儿子煮了给齐桓公吃；开方原来是卫国的王子，是王位的继承人，但是抛弃了这个身份来跟随他，发誓效忠于他，即便是当马夫也愿意。所以齐桓公认为这三个人是对他最好的人。
Qi Huangong, a king in a subcountry of East Zhou Dynasty,who had an excellent surbodinate GuanZhong, helped him become the Hegemony of all the subcountries.When he was ill and dying soon, Qi Huangong asked him who could be his successor,and recommened three people,that are ShuDiao,YiYa and KaiFang.ShuDiao was his previous follower, in order to accompany him all the time, he voluntarily became a TaiJian;YiYa was a good cooker.Once QiHuangong complained about that he had eaten all kinds of delicious food in the world except human meat,so YiYa killed his little son and cooked his meat to serve QiHuangong;and KaiFang was the prince of Wei Subcountry,the next heir to the throne, but he deserted this identity and followed QiHuangong, swearing to be loyal to QiHuangong even if he could only be a groom.QiHuangong thought these three men loved him most。
但是管仲却否定他，理由是：每个人都最爱自己的身体，一个能够自残的人绝对不可能爱别人；每个父母都最爱自己的孩子，一个能够杀死自己的儿子给别人吃肉的人绝对不可能爱别人；每个孩子都最爱自己的父母，一个能够抛弃自己的家的人也绝对不可能爱别人。
But GuanZhong denied him,the reason was :
Everybody loves his body most, the one who could hurt himself couldn't love anybody else heartily;and every parents love their children to their bone, the one who could kill his own son and cooked him couldn't love anyone else;every child loves his parents most, the one who could desert his own home couldn't love anyone else,either.
所以这三个人都是卑鄙邪恶的小人。
So these three men were all the mean and malicious clown.
但是遗憾的是齐桓公没有听他的劝告，给了这三个人很高的地位和很大的权利。最终，这三个人为了追求更多利益，囚禁了齐桓公并饿死了他。在他死后很多天，都没有人知道来收尸。
But it's sorry that Qi Huangong didn't listen to him and gave the three people high positons and lots of power.At last the three men , in order to pursue more benefits, they detained QiHuangong and starved him.And after his death for many days, there was no people knowing this news and buried him.
所以在今天的社会，一个能够这样谦卑，牺牲自己的人格和面子换取私人利益的人，绝对不可能终于你。许多事实也已经证明了关键时刻能够出卖你的人往往是这样的马屁精，因为在他们心中只有私人利益才是最重要的，他们能够卖了自己，当然可以卖了你。
So in the current days, the man who can be so humble and sacrifice his own dignity and face to change for private benefits, won't be loyal to you at all.And many cases have proved that the man most likely to betray you in some crucial conditions are almost these kind of people, for in their heart only their personal interest is the most important, they could sell themselves, of course they could sell you for more interests.
